生成式人工智能时代下的教师专业知识再审视——基于TPACK的分析视角

摘要(Abstract):
生成式人工智能为教育领域带来了颠覆性变革,要求教师更新学科认知、教学方法和技术应用观念,以适应新的教育环境和挑战。首先,系统分析生成式人工智能技术赋能教师教学的发展机遇,从学科观、教学观、技术观三个视角阐述生成式人工智能在重塑教师知识结构方面的现实挑战。其次,聚焦GenAI技术,重新审视与更新对TPACK框架的认识与理解,并创新性地将伦理评估(TEAK)要素纳入教师TPACK框架。最后,提出了生成式人工智能背景下提升TPACK的具体路径:提供分层系统培训,提升GenAI-TK/TCK/TPK基础知识;构建AI伦理智能体,强化GenAI-TEAK认知能力;开展人机协同实践,驱动GenAI-TPACK内生发展。
